Made to measure for rod ends and spherical-plain bearings. When a catalog size is close but the linkage, thread, or housing is not, we build a variant rather than force a mismatch.
What we customise
- Thread form, hand, and length on male and female rod ends.
- Housing material — zinc-plated steel, stainless, or aluminium.
- Seals, grease nipples, welding studs, and hydraulic ends.
- Complete linkages: tube, locknuts, and rod ends from PREMIUM, CLASSIC, or BASIC as a modular system.
PREMIUM and CLASSIC can be supplied in stainless steel or as specials. BASIC specials are quoted on request. Send the envelope, load case, and whether the joint must stay maintenance-free.
