About VORBAL
VORBAL designs and manufactures heavy-duty rod ends, spherical-plain bearings, linkages, and accessories for turning, tilting, and swivelling motion. The catalog is built around common industrial envelopes so engineers can specify VORBAL parts on new machines or as a drop-in alternative.
The range is organised in three lines — PREMIUM, CLASSIC, and BASIC — covering rolling-element joints, maintenance-free sliding layers, and cost-effective standard spherical-plain bearings. Stainless steel and aluminium variants sit alongside zinc-plated steel. Custom linkages combine the three lines into one assembly.
Housings are forged or machined, then finished for load, corrosion, and fit. Rolling or sliding internals are chosen by duty: high speed, high load, maintenance-free, or relubricatable service. Premium assemblies with self-aligning roller or ball bearings are built and clearance-checked on the bench. Geometry, hardness, and surface finish are inspected before shipment.
