PREMIUM Line is VORBAL’s rolling-element range: heavy-duty rod ends and spherical-plain bearings with integral self-aligning roller bearings or self-aligning ball bearings. Series K, specials, and inch sizes sit in the same family.
Each PREMIUM rod end and spherical-plain bearing is clearance-checked for radial play before it leaves the bench. That is the point of a rolling insert — speed, oscillation, and a known internal clearance, not a sliding compromise.
Where it is used
Railway linkages — pantographs, brakes, bogie equipment, door systems — and other sectors that need a custom linkage rather than a single catalog head. PREMIUM parts combine with CLASSIC and BASIC in one modular system: tube, locknuts, and ends specified together.
